Export Express Questions
For document shipments under 2.5 kg, only a SwiftSend express waybill is needed. For commercial goods and parcel shipments, a Commercial Invoice detailing the item descriptions, quantities, unit values, currency, and destination HS codes is required. Our platform helps you generate complete commercial invoices automatically during quote and booking.
You can choose between Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) where the recipient settles import VAT and duties upon arrival, or Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) where you as the sender pre-fund the customs fees on your monthly SwiftSend account for a seamless recipient experience.
In major metro areas across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, standard pickup bookings placed before 3:00 PM are collected the same afternoon and processed for evening flights. Corporate account holders can arrange scheduled daily dock collection times up to 6:00 PM.
